Creator Application Terms & Conditions
Version 1.0 | Effective date: 10 October 2026 | Last updated: 10 October 2026
Operator: Gunveer Sandhu, sole proprietor trading as The Founding Few, Bikaner, Rajasthan, India.
Contract notice address: B-16, Sadul Ganj, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334001, India | Single Studio contact, support, privacy and formal notice email: hi@thefoundingfew.com
These Terms apply to applications to collaborate on an existing Studio Product and applications proposing a new Product idea. A later signed Creator Partner Agreement and Product Schedule, if any, will separately govern the actual partnership.
1. Acceptance and eligibility
By affirmatively accepting these Terms when submitting the application, the applicant agrees to these rules, subject to applicable mandatory law. Applicants must be at least 18, able to contract, and provide substantially accurate contact, country, public-profile and application information. The Studio may verify an email or account, disregard incomplete or deceptive applications, restrict abusive automated submissions, and refuse or close applications at its discretion.
2. An application is not a partnership
Submitting an application, sharing a suggestion, receiving an acknowledgement, or having a conversation does not create employment, agency, a joint venture, an equity interest, a contractual profit share, payment rights, exclusivity, a promise to develop a Product, or a reserved Creator slot. The Studio alone decides whether to investigate, pursue, decline, stop, or independently develop any proposal, and which people to invite to a separate contract. A participation right exists only if expressly granted in a valid, individually executed Creator Partner Agreement and Product Schedule, after its agreed conditions are met.
3. Idea submissions and confidentiality
A new-product proposal is submitted for the Studio's discretionary consideration. Except where the Studio has separately signed a specific confidentiality agreement, submitting an idea does not create a confidentiality, fiduciary, or exclusivity duty owed to the applicant, to the extent permitted by law. Applicants must not send third-party confidential information or proprietary materials they are not authorized to share. Personal information remains subject to the applicable Privacy Policy and mandatory data-protection duties.
To the extent the applicant has authority to provide them, the applicant grants the Studio a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to receive, retain for lawful periods, securely copy, internally evaluate, compare, analyse and create internal derived statistical, commercial and evaluation materials from submitted descriptions, creator profile information and requested creator-supplied performance analytics, including lawful sharing with authorized personnel, advisers, contractors and operational providers for application screening, current and future Studio product partnerships, commercial forecasting, benchmarking, fraud/security review, due diligence and associated business administration. The Studio may develop and retain its own evaluative methods, analytics, forecasts and genuinely anonymized aggregate benchmarks and may use them for lawful Studio business purposes, without giving an applicant ownership, approval rights or compensation merely because their information informed those analyses. This provision does not transfer an applicant's protected creative expression, intellectual property in platform reports or any third-party rights to the Studio, does not authorize standalone sale of identifiable applicant information and is subject to mandatory privacy law, relevant platform restrictions and the Studio Privacy Policy. Commercial publication or separate exploitation of protected creator assets requires valid additional rights.
4. Similar and independent products
The Studio may already be exploring, may receive from others, or may independently pursue concepts, features, audiences or Products similar to an applicant's proposal. Submission gives the applicant no automatic priority, compensation, attribution, veto or contractual claim solely because a lawful Studio Product resembles the submitted concept. This does not override enforceable earlier agreements or rights that mandatory intellectual-property or other law protects. The Studio may lawfully use unprotected general ideas and independently created work without granting the applicant Product participation.
5. Possible Creator opportunities; no automatic grant
For an existing Product, ordinary Creator participation is available only on the separate terms the Studio actually offers and signs. For a Studio-selected new idea originator, the Studio may separately offer an opportunity to EARN up to 25% continuing Product-specific contractual profit and defined sale-proceeds participation, plus up to 12.5% of that Product's distributable profit as a conditional current-quarter active reward. When both maxima are earned and applicable, this could total up to 37.5% of one qualifying quarter's distributable profit. These are maximum potential economic opportunities, not guaranteed amounts, legal shares, an unconditional offer, or rights earned merely by suggesting an idea. Actual milestones, allocation, active qualification and timing arise only under the completed and duly signed Universal Product Participation Schedule expressly selecting the IDEA ORIGINATOR track, incorporated alongside the comprehensive Master Creator Partner Agreement. No additional independent idea-originator agreement is required by the Studio's standard two-document structure. The Studio may choose no collaboration and no development.
6. Content, authority, and applicant responsibility
The applicant confirms they are entitled to share submitted descriptions, social profiles and any additional performance material supplied to the Studio and will not knowingly submit illegal, manipulated, misleading, infringing, defamatory, malicious or unauthorized confidential third-party material. The Studio may, at its sole commercial discretion, ask applicants for relevant creator-dashboard evidence such as reach, engagement, audience, growth, conversion or campaign analytics, including lawful screenshots, reports or exports. It may verify the supplied figures, compare them with public information, and suspend, close or decline review where satisfactory evidence is unavailable or inconsistent. Applicants need not submit this additional evidence in the initial public application unless separately and expressly requested; the Studio will not request platform passwords, private audience messages or access credentials. The Studio may remove or preserve misuse evidence as legally appropriate. To the extent legally enforceable, applicants are responsible for actual losses and reasonable enforcement/defense costs arising from their attributable unlawful submissions or material breach, including valid third-party claims, without double recovery.
7. Applicant data and communications
The Studio may use verified contact details and other appropriately collected application and supporting creator information to evaluate current and future collaboration opportunities across Studio Products, selectively request additional evidence, internally assess and rank creator suitability, analyse legitimate performance metrics, design or price commercial arrangements, conduct forecasting and comparative research, and communicate directly about relevant opportunities. It may maintain private decision records, aggregated benchmarks, and internally developed evaluation methods, while the separate Studio Privacy Policy governs the legally applicable purposes, processing bases, categories of disclosures, security measures, data retention and rights. Submitting an application does not enrol the applicant in an unrelated advertising mailing list or guarantee a response, investment, partnership, approval or launch. No applicant acquires rights to another creator's private evaluation, Studio selection methods or other confidential Studio business records except any mandatory personal-data access rights or separately agreed rights.
8. Studio protections and limitations
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Studio gives no warranty that any application will be reviewed within a particular period, accepted, retained, funded, turned into a Product or generate revenue or earnings. The Studio excludes liability for expected or hypothetical Creator earnings, lost speculative opportunities, lost business, indirect or consequential damage arising from lawful screening, rejection, closure, independent Product development or a decision not to collaborate. No application submission creates an entitlement to investment, reimbursement, a profit share, confidentiality protection beyond an applicable separate agreement, a paid opportunity or access to Studio commercial methods. These limitations do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restrict a non-waivable statutory remedy.
9. Governing law and disputes
Indian law governs these Application Terms, subject to legally mandatory rules that may apply in a particular applicant's jurisdiction. Disputes may be referred to one independent arbitrator to be agreed only if a dispute arises, with lawful fallback appointment under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996; the legal seat is Bikaner, Rajasthan, India, proceedings are in English, and online hearings are preferred where appropriate. Either side may seek interim relief permitted by law. Any later signed Creator Partner Agreement contains its own dispute provisions governing that separately executed partnership.
10. Updates; no effect on signed rights
The Studio may update these Application Terms prospectively by publishing a revised version and obtaining any consent required by applicable law for future submissions. No website update retroactively removes rights validly granted in a separate signed Creator Partner Agreement. If an application provision is invalid, the remainder operates insofar as legally permissible.
